During a visit to my dads this past Sunday, we decided Peyton was ready for solids. He's been showing many of the signs for a while, so we took the plunge.
Steve and I went out and bought some rice cereal and had such a fun time watching grandpa do the honor of feeding him his first "real" meal. Of course, we didn't have any of the fixins, like a high chair, baby spoon, bowl, or bib. But that didn't seem to matter one bit!
Peyton scarfed it down and absolutely LOVED it. He ate the whole serving and didn't make any weird faces. He was quite serious, actually. :) The next day, however, when I added formula to the cereal instead of water, he gave me the classic sour look which was super cute & funny.

Not sure what to think!
But he'll take some more!
And wants to feed himself already!
